Venue Pricing & Wedding Packages

Villa Tuscana offers two different packages. Prices will be based on your event date and amount of guests. To request an accurate estimate, simply fill out the form below with your contact information, wedding date and amount of guests. We will contact you with more information as soon as possible. For your convenience, Villa Tuscana provides an interest-free payment plan that includes partial monthly payments to one month before your wedding.

The Deluxe

from $11,000 to $15,000

This package is the most popular as it is all inclusive, stress free and very convenient. We can also customize this package by removing our vendors for credit off and allow you provide your own vendors. The package starts at 100 guests. Add additional guests for $35.00 per person. (Maximum capacity is 300 guests)

What’s Included

  • Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony
  • Cherry wood folding chairs, aisle décor, and accessory tables
  • Ceremony rehearsal
  • Bridal suite and Grooms room available.
  • Ballroom fully decorated for up to seven hours. We have a large inventory of linens with more than forty colors to offer. We also have eighteen options of centerpieces. See our Pinterest board for examples!
  • Cocktail hour. One bartender for up to six hours. Soft drinks, water and ice included. Client is responsible for bringing in alcohol and bar supplies with no added corking fees.
  • Design consultation for personalized theme and decor.
  • DJ/Emcee for up to seven hours.
  • Photographer included for up to seven consecutive hours, including prints and copy rights.
  • Wedding Cake up to four tiers.
  • Catering from various menus including one entrée, two sides, salad and dinner roll.
  • Plate settings, crystal glasses, flatware, etc.

The Basic

from $4,000 to $5,000

This package is offered seasonally and may not be available for all months during the year. Client may bring in all outside vendors or can customize this package by adding your choice of vendors through the venue.

What do Villa Tuscana's wedding packages cost?

Villa Tuscana offers two packages. The Deluxe is all-inclusive and runs from $11,000 to $15,000, starting at 100 guests, with additional guests at $35.00 per person. The Basic runs from $4,000 to $5,000 and is offered seasonally. Final pricing is based on your event date and the number of guests, so request an estimate with both.

How many guests can Villa Tuscana hold?

Up to 300 guests. The Deluxe package starts at 100 guests and additional guests are $35.00 per person. The Basic package's price does not vary with guest count, and the room can be set for as many guests as you need up to the 300 maximum.

What is included in the Deluxe package?

Your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony, cherry wood folding chairs, aisle decor and accessory tables, a ceremony rehearsal, the bridal suite and grooms room, the ballroom fully decorated for up to seven hours, a cocktail hour, one bartender for up to six hours with soft drinks, water and ice, a design consultation, a DJ and emcee for up to seven hours, a photographer for up to seven consecutive hours including prints and copyrights, a wedding cake up to four tiers, catering, plate settings and glassware, a day-of coordinating team, security, and set up and clean up.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. The Deluxe package can be customized by removing our vendors for a credit so you can provide your own. The Basic package lets you bring in all outside vendors, or add vendors through the venue if you prefer.

Is alcohol included, and do you charge a corkage fee?

One bartender is included for up to six hours, along with soft drinks, water and ice. Clients bring in their own alcohol and bar supplies, and there are no added corking fees.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. Villa Tuscana provides an interest-free payment plan with partial monthly payments running up to one month before your wedding.
